Your privacy matters
7th Wellness Counseling respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how your protected health information is used and disclosed under HIPAA. A paper copy is available on request and at your first appointment.
Information we collect
- No accounts or passwords. You can book without creating an account.
- Appointment requests: an email address and/or phone number (your name is optional), the service, date and time you choose, session format, whether you are a new client, and — if you choose to share it — the name of your insurance company. We do not ask for health information, dates of birth or insurance member numbers online.
- Contact messages: the name (optional), email and/or phone, and message you send.
- Website analytics: on public informational pages only, we may use Google Analytics to understand general site usage (such as pages visited). Analytics and advertising tags are never loaded on the booking, appointment or admin pages.
How long we keep it
The website is only a scheduling tool, not our record system. Appointment details and contact messages areautomatically deleted from the website a few weeks after your appointment (or after a message is received). Scheduling information is kept in our secure practice calendar.
How we use it
We use this information only to schedule and manage your appointments, respond to your questions and operate the practice. Appointment details are shared with our secure calendar and email system (Google Workspace). We do not sell your information.
Email and communication
Appointment emails contain only basic scheduling details. Standard email is not a fully secure channel, so please avoid sending detailed health information through the website or by email. We are happy to discuss anything by phone or in session.
Your choices
You can view or cancel an appointment with the private link in your confirmation email (or the page shown right after booking). Anyone with that link can see and cancel the appointment, so please don't forward it. To change or remove your information sooner, contact us atsbanks@7thwellness.com or (205) 690-8926.
Emergencies
This website and its messaging are not monitored around the clock and are not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
